It's a new day.

and a beautiful, mild one too with occasional snowflakes in the sunshine.

It's a time to purge, so I'm trying to go through my leftover yarn and decide what I may use again & what I'll never use and deserves a new home. I've come across a few balls of yarn that I have no memory of. I can tell that I used them (and didn't just inherit them from someone else) but I have no idea what they were used for. I also have a lot (LOT) of completely unused balls of yarn that have yet to make it to their intended forms. Must get on that...

A few thoughts for the new year...

less Facebook, more Ravelry, more finishing, less waste, more creation, more organization, less take out, more home cooked meals, more knitting, more blogging, more poetry, fewer sweets, more restraint, more activity, less complaining, more patience, less tv, more exploration, more love

Hi Melanie

This is Marsha (aka the woman who knits on the bus). I seem to have no lack of projects lately. Family and friends can be very demanding lol. My bf says he has been to the Carleton Tavern but not to knit.

Thought I would just say hi as we both seem to hear about each other and our knitting projects.

Don't get too tangled up in all that extra yarn.
